Employment Hubs Near Devanahalli

For the longest time, Devanahalli was a quiet town on the outskirts of the city. It has now shed its laidback air. The area has changed in character completely. It is one of the growing areas in the city. The reason for its change was that the town was chosen as the location of the city's international airport.

The area was selected for the airport because of the large tracts of land in the area. Being not too far from the city made it very accessible for passengers. The location off NH 44 was perfect for setting up what has now become the third busiest airport in the country.

The building of the prominent air terminus in the area brought with it massive amounts of growth and development. It was followed by the setting up of many tech parks in the area. Devanahalli is today one of the upcoming areas of the city. The area is a major IT hub now. The area is now in the limelight.

A lot of people are moving into the area. There are many jobs available around here. These are bringing large numbers of people into the area. Lots of projects for homes are coming up here. Buyers have all types of housing available. These range from plots to villas to apartments.

The laidback area is now one of the most advanced in the city. Many employment hubs have come up in the area. The Devanahalli Business Park was among the first work areas to be developed here. There are many other work hubs that will come up in the area around Devanahalli. These include a science park and a finance city.

The 12,000-acre BIAL investment region is to be developed. It will be the biggest information technology area in the country. The KIADB Defence, Hardware, and Aerospace Park is coming up here. More than 30 companies are already in the park. It will have over 100 companies in it. There will be jobs for over 2.5 lakh people in the park.

KSIIDC has also earmarked 309 acres of land around the airport for development for commercial purposes. Another large tech hub that is coming up in the area is the Prestige Tech Cloud Park. The park is spread over a vast area of 33 acres. It will provide the space for many companies to set up their office in the area.

TCS is now setting up its office in the area. Infosys has purchased 10 acres of land here. It is setting up its center. There are many companies in the area. Shell, Wipro Aerospace, Centum Electronics, and ThyssenKrupp Aviation are among these. Boeing and Rolls Royce are also setting up their offices in the area.

There are many tech parks in the north zone of the city. Two of these are Kirloskar Business Park and the Manyata Embassy Business Park. These are prominent employment hubs. Many people in the city are working here. More work centers are being developed in the area.

There are many SEZs that are going to come up in the area. These will further boost the status of the north of the city. The area will have not only IT but other industries as well. These will make the suburb the major work area in the city.

The area around Devanahalli is seeing a lot of growth and progress. The connectivity of the area is improving. It is making more and more companies move into the area. The area has some of the most valued properties in the city. It is the major work hub in the city today.
